Deborah Woodly has over 27 years of non-profit accounting and governmental grants administration experience. She has worked with several non-profit organizations in various oversight positions, ensuring their success in both fiscal and grants administration.
Deborah has worked as a consultant with the Fiscal Initiative of the National Center on Program Management and Fiscal Operations, supporting the efforts of the Office of Head Start to work with agencies across the country that receive Head Start funding, addressing areas of fiscal weaknesses and/or non-compliance, providing a framework of technical assistance and training on federal regulations that govern compliance, as well as non-profit financial system capacity building. Deborah has been actively involved in increasing the financial competency and governmental grant proficiency of clients’ fiscal staff.
