New Directors Training Course
A comprehensive four and a half days of fiscal and program topics to equip a new director with the resources to efficiently and effectively manage fiscal systems. This training provides opportunities for networking with other directors as well as one on one discussions with trainers that have been CFO’s and can relate to a new director’s concerns.
Strategic Planning Course
In this course, you will learn how to strategically plan and conduct feasibility studies to expand services, as well as assist with assessment of projections for early childhood services. This Startegic Planning training is designed for all Management Teams, including Executive Directors, Fiscal Director, Members of the Governing Body and Policy Council.
