The Aligned Monitoring System 2.0 Focus Area Two Training is a comprehensive one day session full of information to guide you through each step of the new Federal monitoring review process – FA2. The training will provide information on the pre-site preparation activities, onsite flow of events, review methodology, and each section of the FA2 Protocol. Participants will learn how to manage conversations with review team members, guide the review team through document reviews and explorations, and demonstrate a thorough understanding of your data and how it’s used daily to drive program decisions. From Widgets to Practice will increase your knowledge base to ensure you are prepared for your FA2 Review to tell YOUR STORY.
